On October 26th at 6:00-8:00 p.m.\, come on out and show us any talent you want\, from beautiful singing\, to groovy dance moves to jazzy saxophone playing\, enthusiastic hula hooping to silly skits and everything in between\, we would love to have you come be apart of our exciting show taking place on New Year’s Eve to celebrate the New Year together if you’d like. \nWe will have rehearsals\, tentatively on Saturday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.\, however this may change based upon our performers and their scheduling. \n\nIf you have questions feel free to ask and we will put you in touch with Molly Marie\, the evening and show’s organizer and happy director. \nWe cannot wait to see your fireworks. 🙂

The students\, however\, decide to make the stories relevant to today’s audiences\, with hilarious results! The authors are surely rolling over in their graves and Ms. Collins is terrified of losing her job\, especially when the principal calls the superintendent in the middle of the show! You’ll love the hysterics of these plays-within-a-play. Romeo and Juliet set in a fast food place! Frankie Stein trying to assemble the perfect prom date! A second rate theatrical agent becoming the Phantom of the Opera so he can force a good deal! A desperate Shirley Holmes and Joni Watson jump-starting a new detective agency! And teenage slacker Artie surprising his unimpressed mother with a sword he pulled from a stone! It’s a comedy treat sprinkled with outrageous takes on some very familiar characters.

DESCRIPTION:OCP 🌟 Rising Stars 🌟 present:\nCrumpled Classics (By Craig Sodaro\, Presented by special arrangement with Pioneer Drama Inc). \nDirector: Adam & Colleen Hile\nCo-Director: Julie Mills \nShow dates: June 28 and 29 at 7pm\, June 30 at 2:30. \nTickets will be $5 at the door (no presale tickets for this show!) \nCrumpled Classics:\nWith first year teacher Ms. Collins out sick\, a quirky cadre of students take it upon themselves to pull together the school’s annual “Classics on Parade\,” acting out famous stories that they studied in their literature class. The students\, however\, decide to make the stories relevant to today’s audiences\, with hilarious results! The authors are surely rolling over in their graves and Ms. Collins is terrified of losing her job\, especially when the principal calls the superintendent in the middle of the show! You’ll love the hysterics of these plays-within-a-play. Romeo and Juliet set in a fast food place! Frankie Stein trying to assemble the perfect prom date! A second rate theatrical agent becoming the Phantom of the Opera so he can force a good deal! A desperate Shirley Holmes and Joni Watson jump-starting a new detective agency! And teenage slacker Artie surprising his unimpressed mother with a sword he pulled from a stone! It’s a comedy treat sprinkled with outrageous takes on some very familiar characters.
