Julie
Julie joined the Orrville Community Theater Board in January 2020, because she saw how it brought joy to so many kids. Her son performed his first play in 2016 at the age of 9; several people told him he was a natural, because he did so well at acting and remembering all his lines; she said he did not get that trait from her as she does not think she has any talent. Her son enjoying the theater and meeting new people from around the area inspired her to help this small theater grow. Julie has co-directed several shows such as Crumbled Classics, Enchanted Book Shop Christmas Edition, and the current show, Christmas Shorts. She has assisted various directors with shows by being stage manager, costume designer or helping with selling tickets, stars, or running concessions. She has been in customer service for many years working with manufacturing and government agencies, as she currently works at Bekaert. Julie and her husband enjoy living in Orrville, where they have made their home after living out of state and in other parts of Ohio. Julie enjoys gardening, reading, and watching crime dramas. She hopes you enjoy the show.
